The agenda for the 7th Workers' Congress in 2025 is as follows:
Host Li Hao announced the conference rules, and Xu Yulin, the factory director and member of the trade union committee, delivered a speech.
Firstly, I would like to thank the members of the preparation team for their joint efforts in completing the preparation work. Secondly, I would like to mention the specific work carried out in the following aspects:
1. Ensure that this congress is deliberated and approved according to the requirements of the superior trade union.
2. According to the relevant provisions of the "Constitution of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions", and in consideration of the actual situation of our company, we will make specific arrangements for the allocation, recommendation, and election of representatives, as well as the recommendation of members for the "two committees", and draft a plan.
3. Adhering to the principles of solemnity and frugality, the preparatory team has made meticulous arrangements for various conference affairs, including document compilation and printing, venue layout, discussion venues, and the election process. They strive to ensure that every aspect is interconnected, rigorous, and orderly, in order to guarantee the smooth and successful convening of the conference.
Finally, I would like to congratulate on the successful convening of this conference.

Wang Chengjun, the manager of the Representative Qualification Review Management Department, presented the "Report on Representative Qualification Review". The report mentioned: 1. Maintain the correct direction of union work. 2. Perform duties and responsibilities with courage, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees. 3. Stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work actively. 4. Enhance the service efficiency of trade union organizations, and maintain close contact with employees. 5. Set an example of integrity and honesty, and create a good atmosphere of clean governance. And carry out the election of members of the Seventh Committee of the Trade Union of Wujiang Bailu Dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd., members of the Fund Review Committee, and the Chairman of the Trade Union.


Comrade Zhang Xiaolin, the chairman of the sixth trade union, delivered a work report. In the report, he summarized the work content of the previous year and highlighted key requirements for the work in the new year:
1. Continue to improve the democratic management system based on the basic form of the workers' congress, deepen the transparency of factory affairs, and implement collective negotiation. Open up channels for appeals, strengthen the prevention and mediation of labor disputes, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees. Pay special attention to the special needs of frontline workers, workers in difficulty, female workers, and other groups.
2. Closely align with the company's annual goals and key tasks, innovatively carry out various forms of labor and skill competitions, technological innovations, rationalization suggestions, and other activities, build a platform for employees to grow and succeed, and vigorously promote the "three spirits".
3. Strengthen the capacity building of the trade union cadre team and enhance their ability to perform their duties. Standardize the management of trade union funds and assets. Further promote the construction of "smart trade unions" to improve work efficiency. Continuously strengthen the self-construction of trade union organizations and constantly enhance their political nature, progressiveness, and mass character. And the handover between the new and old chairmen has been carried out.

The final agenda item is the voting on the new system, which includes the following contents: 1. "Regulations on Strictly Prohibiting Alcohol Consumption in the Factory Area and Handling Violations": If the alcohol content detected is ≥40mg/100mL, entry into the factory is prohibited; for each instance of alcohol-related absence, 100 points will be deducted and the monthly welfare benefits will be deducted; during inspection in the factory area/during work hours, if the alcohol content is ≥40mg/100mL, 200 points will be deducted per instance, the employee will be advised to leave the position, and the monthly welfare benefits will be deducted; if such violations occur three times annually, the contract will be terminated. 2. "Regulations on Employees Wearing Helmets When Riding Electric Bikes/Motorcycles": Employees must wear helmets when riding electric bikes/motorcycles to and from work. Violators will be deducted 30 points per instance. 3. "Regulations on the Disposal of Hazardous Waste (Broken Glass, etc.) and the Wearing of Labor Protection Supplies": Hazardous waste such as broken glass must be disposed of in designated bins. Violators will be deducted 30 points per instance; compensation for medical expenses and liability for injuries caused shall be borne by the violator; cleaning staff must wear labor protection supplies when handling garbage. Failure to do so will result in the violator being responsible for any injuries caused. All three items were unanimously approved with no opposition or abstentions!
